Wow!

Makes a scary sort of sense, doesn't it.

it sure does

too much sense for one sitting, especially for newcomers to the morass

Sodium Fluoride?

I like your writing but I'm not sure I follow on this one. What properties exist in sodium fluoride that lead to the pacifying effect described in this post? I'm no chemist but a quick web search didn't reveal any scholarly material suggesting this is correct. In fact, the Mayo Clinic lists "unusual excitement" as one of its side-effects. Furthermore, some material suggests that the use of fluoride in US water supplies has been largely discontinued.

Examples:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sodium_fluoride#Applications
http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/drug-information/DR601265#7742E226-E7FF...

Believe me, I'm the last one to deny the fascistic nature of much of what is going on these days. But in light of what I've posted here, can you please direct me to any reasonably credible 3rd party material that corroborates this claim of sodium fluoride having a pacifying effect on populations? Thanks.

you could be right

I don't know. I'm quoting Marrs and he's usually about three steps ahead of me.

As I mentioned in the post Marrs has "made some outrageous claims, most of which (as far as I can tell) have turned out to be quite correct."

Some of them have taken a while to prove themselves. So I don't know. I never know. I do think it's interesting, though. And I will keep my eyes open for more.

Meanwhile, thanks for the input. And if you have anything else about it, please don't hesitate to post details.
